Altitude The Box is a state of the art CrossFit Gym registered with CrossFit Inc. USA. The Box is fully fitted by Rouge, the world’s best CrossFit equipment company. The Gym has a 6 meter roof and designed to look like a rugged warehouse, but also feels like a new aged facility. 3 certified CrossFit coaches will make sure you get the best training and design WOD’s that will leave you both satisfied and exhausted.
All our classes can be booked in advance, online and by phone. The classes are limited and are on a first book basis. Booking is strongly advised to avoid disappointment.

Altitude the box will be a place you will love and fear at the same time. When you enter you know the destination (total body workout) it’s the journey getting there that’s the challenge. At Altitude we will motivate you each and every day, all you have to do is walk through our doors.
Located at the Sharjah Golf & Shooting Club within easy access of three Emirates: Sharjah, Dubai and Ajman, our box is the largest in the U.A.E with both indoor and outdoor facilities.
Our indoor box is mainly used for the ladies only classes, and the outdoor box is used for the mixed classes.

Nothing is more rewarding than a freshly prepared juice or protein shake before or after your work out. The juice bar at the boxgym will spin up a refreshing and energizing drink for you that you can enjoy at the lounge with other members.
Showers and changing rooms:
At the box lockers, toilets and showers are available for you to use. All amenities are available from shampoo and shower gel to towels
