We suggest you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for an optimal spa experience and to allow a brief discussion about your treatment expecta- tions. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure.

You will be provided with a robe and slippers for your comfort. A secured locker and joaillerie box will be available for your personal belongings. ALTITUDE THE SPA is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

Swimsuit is required at all times. Use of body lotion, oil and/or scrub are not permitted at wet facility (Jacuzzi, Steam and sauna).

They make the perfect treat for any occasion and enable you to offer the treatments or value of your choice as a gift. Available for purchase at the spa reception with a validity of 2 months from the date of purchase. Gift Certificates value or any part thereof cannot be redeemed against retail products.

The minimum age requirement for ladies and gentles to access ALTITUDE THE SPA is 16.
