The Grind is the ultimate test of fitness. From speed, power, strength, endurance and gymnastic skills. All kinds of elements are tested to ensure all around fitness level. We don’t leave any stones unturned.

This event is open to all athletes; however we expect that all athletes will obtain the required movements as follows:

Chest to Bar Pull Ups (Male/Female) For Reps
Handstand Push Ups (Male/Female) For Reps
Toes to Bar (Male/Female) For Reps
Ring Dips (Male/Female) For Reps
Double Unders (Male/Female) For Reps
Rope Climb For Reps
WEIGHTS FEMALE – MALE
Snatch 50 KG /80 KG
Clean and Jerk 65 KG /100 KG
Deadlift 80 KG /140 KG
Atlas Stone (Optional) 30 KG / 50 KG

At the Grind, reps are earned, not given!
