How did you get into fitness?
Fitness has been a prominent part of my life. I’ve been into fitness through my family. My late grand father use to have a fitness center in makati Philippines and my father was the head trainer and a title holder in body building (Mr. Philippine). My father introduced me into fitness when I was teenager as he trained me to become a trainer like him, since then I work as part time trainer in our gym and study at the same time, that’s the start of my journey into fitness.

How did you get into fitness?
Growing up on Egypt fondest memories came from playing football and boxing. From an early age I experienced direct association between sport, fitness and personal satisfaction. And from young I knew that I wanted to pursue a career on health and fitness. Fitness is my passion. My greatest satisfaction comes from having a positive impact on peoples live and seeing health and confidence grow.

How did you get into fitness?
I have a great passion for football, I spent my youth playing professional football. As a football player, you need to be fit and strong. How did you get into fitness?
My fitness career started when my parents engaged me into football, Basketball and swimming at young age. Little did i know that fitness would soon become an integral part of my life. How did you get into fitness?
When I was still young, I am already an athlete. I’ve been competing Inter-school sports competitions. I am very passionate about my line of sports and always very eager to learn brand-new learning. I became a Crossfit trainer and competed as an athlete. Since I am always up for something new and different type of training I shifted to bodybuilding and started competing internationally and locally.

How did u get into fitness?

HOW DID YOU GET INTO FITNESS
I started competitive badminton at age 8 because I had a true love of speed and movement. I discovered my best ability to move faster than my friends. So when I had the chance to choose I started to build my muscles and get on fitness to see others’ results and be happy.
