Etiquette
We suggest you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for an optimal spa experience and to allow a brief discussion about your treatment expectations.
Spa Attire
You will be provided with a robe and slippers for your comfort. A secured locker and a safe will be available for your personal belongings. Altitude will not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
Wet Facility Use
Swimsuit is required at all times. Use of body lotion, oil and/or scrub is not permitted at the Jacuzzi, Steam & Sauna.
Gift Certificates
They make the perfect treat for any occasion and enable you to offer the treatments or value of your choice as a gift. Available for purchase at the spa reception with a validity of 2 months from the date of purchase. Gift certificate value or any part thereof cannot be redeemed against retail products.
Age Requirement
The minimum age requirement 16.
Cancellation Policy
Please allow 24 hours’ notice of cancellation to avoid a 100% charge. Package session no-show: After two (2) consecutive bookings, the remaining sessions will be cancelled without any treatment compensation.
Health Conditions
Please inform us of any health problems, allergies or injuries that could impede the smooth service of your treatment.
